For the second consecutive year, the lives of people all over the world were dictated by the COVID virus.
Rules and regulations varied per country, but it’s safe to say that everybody was impacted in some way. Within HEINEKEN, practically all colleagues worldwide were expected to work from home (if their job allowed them to). Thankfully, the Heineken Collection team was able to continue with the reorganisation of the depot for two to three days a week. This meant that the project slowly but surely progressed over the course of 2021.
Meanwhile, the Heineken Collection team continued to collect HEINEKEN’s response to the COVID-crisis. We made an inventory of health & safety initiatives, financial and on-trade support which were executed by HEINEKEN’s Operating Companies all over the world. These initiatives were included in a timeline overview in our TMS-database.
