Snowy mountains. A secret agent, James Bond style, is dropped from a helicopter and breaks an arm. He skies, jumps and breaks a leg. Finally under the wall of the "nid d'aigle", he throws a anchor, which falls on his head. He wakes up with a bandaged head, with a Saint-Bernard mountain rescue dog licking his face. The dog has a small barrel of Heineken around his neck. The man drinks a pint, then jumps easily to a veru high window, enters stealthily, delivers a can of heineken and leaves a note "Heineken refreshes the parts other beers cannot reach" while pay-off is spoken by voice-over: "And all because Heineken refreshes the parts other beers cannot reach". While exiting again behind the curtain, we hear the man falling off the window.
